Shooting on Harrow’s open spaces
Firearms are prohibited by byelaw on Harrow’s open spaces. Neither Harrow Council nor Harrow Nature Conservation Forum volunteers will “control vermin” with firearms on any Harrow open spaces. If you hear or see guns being fired then call the police on 999 and insist that they come and address the incident.
