Harrow Nature Conservation Forum has begun a project to monitor and improve Harrow's watercourses
An unloved stream: the Yeading Brook East south of Leamington Crescent in south Harrow
Harrow's streams are in a poor condition. Often hidden behind fences or in underground pipes, they are frequently polluted, artificially constrained, poorly managed and unloved.
Harrow Nature Conservation Forum has begun a project to monitor the state of our streams, make recommendations and proposals to stakeholders and undertake work to improve their condition.
More detail on the problems and how we propose to address them
